Rob Berreth Posted January 13, 2020 (edited) So, My next build will be the Revell Peterbilt 359 Kit. I'll be stretching the frame considerably as I'm using 2 Kits - to make 1 Tractor, adding polished aluminum 8" stacks, better rubber (using the Italeri 22.00 x 11.5 tires), adding a set of Fuel Tanks so I'll have 4 fuel tanks as opposed to just 2, Air & Electrical lines, some deck plates, a set of 1950's / 60's Bullet Style Head Lights, a Vortex Air Cleaner, Custom Front & Rear Fenders, Rear Bumper with 6 Tail Lights, Custom Texas Front Bumper & the over all color will be Rustoleum Key Lime. Pics will be posted! Edited January 13, 2020 by Rob Berreth added more info.

Bully Posted January 15, 2020 I bought 2 of those kits with some of the same things in mind..stretching the frame and enlarging the sleeper with better wheels and tires...Looking forward to seeing yours
Dr. Kerry Posted February 21, 2020 Have you thought about using extruded frames? They are one piece and cut to length. I know there are a couple places to get them. It’d be “a little” cheaper than buying two kits..
