Thanks guys, the shinny stuff is polished aluminum from Ryan Mlynek. As soon as I get the body parts needed it's going to really come together. I too am looking forward to seeing this build complete and will keep you updated as the build moves on

Hi all, I'm new to the site, some of you may know me from the Facebook big rig builder tips tricks and how too page. It's an italeri Pete 378 long haul that I am converting to a 389. It is being built as I visioned it as a truck I planed on buying for long haul. I currently have custom aluminum parts from Ryan Mlynek. Parts include pipes, custom bumper, drop visor, breather light panels, step boxes, and headache rack. The truck is being built as a glider so it's sporting a cat C-15 single turbo (6NZ). The cat came from Jamie Ramhmoeller. Single hump fenders from Casy Comer. I am waiting on a 389 hood and 2006 and up cab from P&P resin works. here are some pics of the project
