Making progress, wheelset together, brakes finished, mud flap built, adding a tool box. Finish work then paint.

Getting some bench time today. More fabrication done and making some brake backing plates.

Wow, impressive work, I will be watching this one.

Getting the trailer fabricated up, lots of detailing to do.

What transmission are you going to use on your W990 behind the MX13? I heard the one that comes with the MX13 is a European unit, not used in the states.
-
Ordered a MX 13 engine from A&N, yes it is 1:24 scale, but I am going to see if it will fitโฆโฆ..or I just spent some money on nothing.

Making some progress on the trailer. Using a new height gage to get all the axles set correctly so I donโt have one wheel hanging in the air when I finish.

My cab and hood have arrived. I will be using the short hood, removing the air filter cans and remounting to the cab, removing turn signals, removing grill and building a more detailed grill. Bumper and interior are up in the air at this point. Quality is good, thickness is about .010 to .020 thicker than AMT, but very nice finish. Karl does a good job building these.

Weather is cold and raining so I am able to get some bench time. Cleaned up the bench and selected a trailer to build and started assembling. Must of bought this one a long time ago, plastic wrap turned yellow and it sold for 25 bucks.

Lookโs really good, I have a couple kits sitting boxes that I have just not started on. I hear itโs a good kit.

Thanks Jeff, got a lot more detailing as I work on this build. Bench time gets harder as the weather gets better.
