Thank you

Here are a couple pictures of the progress I made last night. I will start the decal process next.
-
Thank you. I’m not sure. I did a test fit on the Pete chassis yesterday and it looked awesome. I have several of the International conventionals so I may add the Marmon to that chassis. I would need to plan the build a little better to get tanks and steps t line up properly.
-
Thank you. The build goes together super easy. I love the Moebius tires that come in the kits.
-
Here are a few updated pictures. Chrome trim is complete along with engine and chassis. You can see one of my Tigers in progress in the back. Also, I have included a picture of the Marmon resin kit that was included in the purchase.

Here is the “nearly” finished combo. Still need to complete the decals on the passenger side and rear. The tail and marker lights are from CTM.

Outstanding workmanship! -
Thank you, they definitely have a classic look.

Here is the latest build to the collection. The Revel Kenworth K100. Exterior is Cherry Wine, frame and interior light cream. Both colors from Krylon.

Thanks everyone.

Very nice! -
The newly issued Pete is out of final assembly. Still needs decals and touch up paint. Not using the kits large strips on this one.
-
This kit has been a year long project. I finally received decals from Firebird decals. They mimic the Stepps wrecker style but are light green instead.
-
The build is finally finished. It’s not my best work but still looks good.
-
A few more updated pictures. I really messed up the a/c door on the truck so I will be reworking that mess. I did leave the interior top piece off so you can see interior work. Moebius super singles are being used as well.
-
Here are a few shots of the interior build. I love how it turned out. I used all of the interior etch set and I am impressed with the detail. I am not a fan of the last picture. Hate to see it covered up. I may leave the top off and then leave the roof and air deflector loose on the cab so they can be removed. That way, you can see the interior. I have most of the engine detail painted and it is in the frame. I will send pics of that progress soon.

Thanks Bully. She is one of my favorites.

Some updates on the build. I used most of the interior photo etch so far. I think it looks pretty good. The decals are very fragile. Still have some more interior painting to finish but it’s coming along nicely.
-
Most recent progress. I did have to break the bond on the first photo etched cross member. It was just a bit too wide. Now everything lines up perfectly. I did leave the axle locator arms loose until fully mated to the chassis and air bags. Worked out well. I will be using the new Walmart decals from Modeltrucking.

Thanks, Bully. I think the color turned out better than I thought.
