Yes thats pretty much the way I do it too. I just get easily side tracked by an Autocar, Mack or Binder kit.

Nice work on the trailer! The Italeri Western Star looks nice, I have one just never opened it, think I will after seeing yours. Paul

I told my wife it is organized chaos. Don't think she bought it though. . .

While the Bandag defiance is sitting for a month or so the let all the putty and filler dry and shrink I'm starting a GMC Tilt Cab Cruiser or Crackerbox. First thing is to start the distinctive " fish belly" chassis, The start of the cross members and air ride pads and rear trailing arm mounts.. I've done a few conversions on the Lone Star and Pro Star. I'll post a few up when I get to my real computer. Paul

Thanks, I have the trailer set from him, but used the trailer to do a Hurst Lone Star.

Fantastic job. The color is an interesting hue. Looks brown and green to me, off sets the shiny parts well.

I agree on the trailers, but now that we moved to a new house and the kids are gone, I'm doing a dedicated display room. But I build semis, oil field units, vintage rails and vintage funnycars. All take up space.

The gold letters on the trailer? Where did you get them? Paul
-
You again! Welcome aboard. Paul

I'd be lost because the chassis is almost to detailed to cover, but an AA is never seen build in anything but 1/35 or 1/72 scale, so it does deserve a body. Could always make it a cut away factory display. Paul.

PPVintage takes time to answer but they DO answer. Sourkraut appears to only sell plastic now. Paul

Very well done models!! Many I've only heard of in the States. Thanks for posting them. Hope to see many more of your builds. Paul

Glad to help anytime!! Paul

Welcome to the group Rich!! Speed doesn't mean lack of quality, but the main thing is to please your self. The AMT/ERTL decals should be good as long as the were not in a hot and damp area. I would pick up some Micro Scale Liquid Decal and brush on a coat just to be on the safe side, Just remember to trim close when you use them. Paul
