DRIPTROIT 71 Posted June 17, 2019 This one was built out of junk, Evergreen Styrene, and Plastruct. The resin cab was in terrible shape with several spots that had never cured. The engine is a 6v-53 Detroit made by cutting down an 8v-71 and fabricating new heads and valve covers closer to what a 53 series would have. The bed is completely scratch built, IMG_1355 by Brian Smith, on Flickr IMG_1359 by Brian Smith, on Flickr IMG_1362 by Brian Smith, on Flickr IMG_1373 by Brian Smith, on Flickr IMG_1380 by Brian Smith, on Flickr IMG_1390 by Brian Smith, on Flickr

41CHEVY Posted June 20, 2019 Very nice, Never see Farm rigs like that in Maine. Nice work on the 6V53 and Dash. Paul

It's curbside, but I still wanted the engine in it. I hope to build a better detailed 6v-53 one day.
