Calling this one finished. Freightliner SD Chassis, complete with NHC 250 Cummins, Back Yard Shed cab cut down to a daycab, KFS tires and front wheels, lots from the parts box and a lot of scratch building.

Thanks Paul! That is a modified unit from the dash of a 4200 IH.
