I have a Mack DM 800 ,tractor version, that I need to increase the wheelbase on. I have a 3-D printed oval tank that will be used with the build.

I have scoured the internet including Big Mack Trucks.com with no luck finding any wheelbase options for the DM 800. I did find one spec sheet for the DM 800 showing multiple wheelbases, but the print was so small that any attempt to enlarge it only blurred it. Mack has a fair amount of wheelbase info. on some of its other models, but for some reason the DM 800 remains elusive.

My question is to those of you who have stretched a frame to accommodate a body (dump, flatbed, wrecker, etc. etc) do you just dry fit the body and stretch it so the the tandems are where they are suppose to be or is there something else involved.

Hi guys, I asked this question on the Model Cars Magazine forum, but just in case, someone may not have seen it, I am wondering if anyone has a spare AITM Autocar backdated resin grille they may want to part with. I am doing the AMT Autocar dump truck as a heavy haul tractor, and would think it may be rather cool, to back date it a bit, if I can obtain a grille.... I am willing to pay as well.... probably asking for the moon, but one never knows unless one asks...

	Good afternoon!

Recently found this forum and after reading some of the posts figured I found the right place to ask my question! I recently started building plastic kit trucks because i figured my wife would like me building and collecting those instead of making my yard a junk lot! Lol! One issue I’m looking to get resolved though is the wheels don’t come out perfect after assembling them and not all roll perfectly easy. I’m wondering if anyone has done any axle modifications? I currently just finished at 359 Peterbilt from Revell. I was thinking about maybe drilling a small hole and running a small piece of round metal through and somehow attaching the wheels to that? Or if there’s somewhere after market for wheels tires also ? I just don’t want to ruin anything I’ve built! These only go on display but would still like it to roll some! Any input would be great!! Thank you!!

Hello , I haven't posted here for some time but haven't quit modeling. I have noticed a very sharp decline of aftermarket manufacturers. Auselowe is still around . However I noticed American Industrial and now Scenes Unlimited have closed up shop and sold their remaining inventories to ST supply. I have been 3D printing quiet a lot lately however STL files are few & far between. *

	Hi all,

I just wanted to let you know I bought a set of the Earl Miller air lines from the MTB store (well, three sets actually, one straight and two coiled) and they are beautiful. They're so realistic and detailed -- amazing.

They're sold as 1:24/1:25 scale, but they're definitely not too large for a couple of 1:43 trucks I'm building.

	Thanks, MTB

Does anyone know of any aftermarket wheels and or tires for the 1/32 monogram and amt kits? I'd like to find 2 hole and 5 hole steel rims, and 5 spoke daytons with hub detail (drive and trailer hub) to cover the snap pin axle ends. Hub detail probably wouldn't be hard to scratch build, depending on the style.

Hi all. New here and I find these builds impressive! I’ll jump right in to what I’m looking for...my Dad has been a trucker pretty much all his life hauling livestock, feed, feed commodities, eggs, furniture, etc etc... one of his favorite rigs was an 84 Peterbilt 359 pulling a pot belly livestock trailer. I would love to have a replica built to gift him with! I’m looking for someone willing to build it. I can supply several pictures. Please let me know. Thanks in advance!
